Lighten up your lunch time with the incredibly easy breaded turkey tenders. Air fry or bake, they'll taste great.
- 1 lb turkey tenderloin, cut in half, then cut into 1.5" pieces
- 2 c panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 c full fat yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Olive oil cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat over to 425F and line baking sheet with parchment paper or preheat air fryer to 400F.
- Pour yogurt into shallow bowl. Add milk as needed to thin yogurt for easy coating of tenders.
- In a separate bowl, combine panko, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip tenders, one at a time, into the yogurt. Shake of excess and place in the panko mixture, gently pressing crumbs on the the turkey tender.
- Place tenders on baking sheet or into air fryer. Spray with olive oil cooking spray.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip and spray once more. Cook an addition 8 minutes or until internal temperature of 165F.
