1. Mix beer, onion, parsley, paprika, salt and pepperin a slow cooker.
2. Add turkey breast, cover and cook on low for 6-8hours.
3. Pull the turkey breast from the slow cooker andplace in rimmed backing sheet. Remove the skin and pull the meat from thebones. Discard skin and bones. Shred the turkey.
4. With the meat still out of the slow cooker, addthe butter to the slow cooker and stir until melted.
5. Return the now shredded turkey to the slowcooker and cook another 10 minutes.
6. Season with additional salt and pepper to yourtaste.
7. Serve on a bun.
