Savory bites of turkey with a hint of buffalo arranged on a kebab with peppers, union and mushroom, these kebabs make a great feature at any backyard BBQ.
- 2 whole turkey breasts, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
- 1 c hot sauce
- 8 oz butter
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 c green pepper
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 c button mushrooms
Directions
- Skewer turkey breast cubes evenly on four skewers
- Season turkey skewers with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, chili powder and paprika
- Heat grill to medium-high heat, place a small sauce pot on the grill to warm.
- Add hot sauce and butter to the pot, mix well to make the Buffalo sauce
- Slice and skewer veggies with the turkey cubes, green peppers, onion, and mushrooms, feel free to include any of your favorite vegetables
- Place skewers on the grill, rotating every 2-3 minutes, drizzling with the buffalo sauce every time you turn, keep turning and drizzling until turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve and eat.
