• For over 65 years, Turkey To Go® has been the bite people come back for – juicy, slow-roasted turkey served hot, handheld, and unforgettable. Proudly owned by the Minnesota Turkey Growers Association, and managed by Feliz Inc, this beloved Fair staple is entering a bold new chapter. We’re honoring the legacy while making it better than ever: quality buns handmade by Nexbakery, a local and minority-owned business, fresh lemonade and small-batch coffee from Mike and Kat’s Other Place, and a kitchen run by real chefs, – because every bite matters.
• Lastly, we owe it to our turkey farmers and growers and are proud to be in partnership with Ferndale Market, Turkey Valley Farms, Jennie-O and Northern Pride in 2025 at the Minnesota State Fair. This isn’t just tradition. It’s craft, community, and Minnesota pride. If you know, you know. And if you don’t yet – this is your year.

Our Mission - Turkey on Every Table‍

While our mission is to promote the turkey industry, our farmers take great pride in their role of putting food on the tables of Minnesotans and the world. Since 2008, MTGA has donated a portion of the proceeds from Turkey To Go to fight hunger in Minnesota. Last year, MTGA partnered with Second Harvest Hartland, purchasing and donating $10,000 worth of turkey products ahead of Thanksgiving. This turkey was distributed to food shelfs across the state and put directly into the hands of families in need, ensuring everyone could enjoy a Thanksgiving turkey dinner.
